I was sold a plan and agent misrepresented the benefits. Despite asking for details of the plan, I was only ever provided a summary. They cannot provide any more info... The enrollment agents just get you enrolled then disappear. You are on your own after that. Have to do all the heavy lifting to monitor your claims. It's so bad, you have to talk to a third party claims dept that cannot provide specifics regarding coverage, only whatever the processors deem true. And, you can't contact the processors, either. No rhyme or reason for denials or deductibles. Buyer Beware!

I do not have an invoice or a receipt as they only charged my credit card twice without sending any product either timeI did not place any order with themAll I have is their name and phone number showing up on my credit card billI had to get the address from the person who answered when I
