Ordered trial bottle of Forskolin, and couldn't continue order w/o accepting trial bottle of max cleanse. 1 month later I am charged $90 for each.
I called their customer service who said that they could not reverse the charges, but would send me a "free" bottle of each product and cancel any further activity. I was never given an option to reorder or cancel. I looked but never saw any of this in writing when I was ordering. Then, no offer to refund or even discount. I am out a total of $190 for two "free trial bottles" of which I only wanted one to begin with.
I would like to have my money back as well as for this company to let customers know what they are getting into and give customers an honest chance to know how much they might be charged and when and for what. These scams hurt legitimate businesses as well as the customers who get taken.
This company offered a 14 free trial of the product and then billed me, unauthorized for $93.80 and $92.85 without agreement.
This firm was on the Today Show this morning for their Parent Company, Leva Derm. This is a scam offering health care supplments, backed by "fake" statements about celebrities quitting thier jobs to do this new "miracle" product full time. The offer was for a free trial, which you paid $10.00 for and no mention of future billings.
I have talked to their customer service agent at XXX XXX XXXX and was offered a full refund if I returned the package unopened. Difficult to do a free trial and not open the package! After discuss, they offered a 75% discount in 3-10days.
I am skeptical that such a refund will be made.
This is obviously a scam.

hello, the business has refunded 80% of my payment and cancelled my subsciption. This is obviously a scam and they probably think that for every client that requests a refund there are a dozen that just take their "punishment" and go on.
I returned all the product I received. None of the packages were opened. We were out of town when the "free" pills arrived. Then My Husband became very ill and I also contracted the same illness. Our children and their families visited over the Holidays to assist us as we were fairly incapacitated. By the time I was able to get around to the orders I had received I had 7 packages of pills with a cost of $459.73. When I called after receiving yet ANOTHER package I was told that they would return only 30 percent of the last two shipments. I called the second number (there were two). They reminded me that all phone calls were recorded and that I had agreed to this procedure during the first call. I am sure that the first call will show that I had asked the representative to slow down since I could not understand the lady.

Refund Since there were several extenuating circumstances which made it impossible to fulfill the terms of the original agreement (which I did not understand at the beginning); since I returned the products UNOPENED; and since I could not understand the first lady on the phone--I feel that I should receive a full refund.
