We have received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your Supreme Choice CBD Oil account. We do not see that you have an order for the capsules. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on February 2nd, 2018.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $79.99 fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product. These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were not charged until July 13th of 2018 due to the product being in high demand that had to extend the billing so the next shipment on July 27th would shortly follow. There would have been an email confirmation of this explaining the delay.
Since we still did not receive a call for the cancellation you were continued to be shipped product every month at the price of $79.99. The account is now fully cancelled and there will not be any further shipments.
As a courtesy we have refunded the charges from January 23rd, 2020 December 24th, 2019 and November 24th, 2019 back to the Mastercard ending in 5877. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect into your account. When trying to refund the charge for October 25th, 2019 we received a banking error and have sent the refund for that product in a manual paper check to the address on file. Please allow up to 14 days to receive. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

Wish to cancel further billing and delivery but cannot contact them. Phone numbers listed do not go through or get a busy signal.
Billing and delivery continue even though I've tried to contact and cancel order. I wrote them a letter requesting cancellation of order but am still being billed. Phone numbers listed do not go through or are always busy with no opportunity to leave a message.

Desired Outcome

I simply wish to no longer receive the product or be billed for it.

Resolved. I was finally able to use a phone number which appeared on my online banking where the latest billing was deducted. I was able to request that my order be cancelled. No further delivery, no further billing. None of the other published numbers provided any effective contact.

I WANT TO CANCEL BEING SENT THEIR PRODUCT BUT NEVER RECEIVE REPLIES
I have sent MULTIPLE emails and called a bunch of times (the line says it's always busy) and have tried to cancel being sent their product multiple times and I have received NO REPLIES. They have charged me the past FOUR MONTHS WHEN I DID NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT. If they want them returned I havent used a single one, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I am willing to send all of my unopened/unused products for a refund. I have not and will not use them.

Thank you for the refunds of the 2 transactions but has the subscription been cancelled? I just received another bottle of the CBD oil the other day and I dont want any more.

The pottle that you had received must have been in route already & was not able to be stopped. Consider that a gift.

Again your account remains canceled. Your order has also been blacklisted which will ensure that no other charges or shipments occur, it also ensures that you will not be able to place any additional orders at a later time.

Every time I call this company the line is always busy. I need a cancel of my order.
Hemp Oil order sent by Supreme Choice 3201 W. Hillsborough Ave, 153201, Tampa, Florida 33684. The main complaint I have is that I've called for nearly a month and no one comes to the phone. I need a cancellation of any product sent to me by the company and refunds.

The free trial of CBD oil became a monthly delivery & charge to my credit card
I signed up for a free trial of CBD oil that was located on Amazon. They keep sending me a bottle every month & billing $30.

Desired Outcome

I would like to stop receiving Supreme Choice CBD oil & stop being billed monthly. The phone number listed only has a busy signal. There is no way to unsubscribe on their web site.

This company is a joke. The product doesn't work and I have had to go to my bank and try to stop future shipments and looks like I am going to have to change ALL my banking to get this stopped...

We greatly apologize but there seems to have been a system error resulting in new shipments. We have ensured the account is completely canceled and no further charges or shipments will be sent. Early in 2018, I ordered a bottle of Hemp Oil from Supreme Choice. Recently rec'd an unordered free sample which I don't want or get charged for.
It was so long ago, I don't have detailed info any longer. The phone number for the business rings once then goes to a busy signal. Is there a good phone number? Have they gone out of business?

I am seeking no further contact from Supreme Choice and especially don't want to be charged for something I did not order. I have called several times at different times of the day and still cannot reach them.

We greatly apologize but there seems to have been a system error resulting in another charge on 08/10/2018. I responded to an ad requesting a free bottle. They have continued to send it every month. I have not been able to find a workin number.
I did not agree to repeated shipments. I want to discontinue the shipments. The ad is still up. I have changed both my debit and credit card. I'm still getting shipments after returning my last one.

Fraudulent sales of Hemp Oil herbal drops

I originally asked for a free sample to try for pain relief. I then received and got billed for more of the product. I finally reached them and told them to cancel any further orders. I didn't hear from them for several months and just last week received another order of the Hemp Oil. I am sure they have billed by credit card again but I have not got my credit card bill. I want these people to stop. I try calling and get cut off or a busy signal and no one will answer.

Products being sent to me that I did not order and previously asked they not send any more.
I originally purchased the Supreme Choice Hemp Oil from this company. The product did nothing for me. Approximately 3 months later they sent me more, without my knowledge and charged my credit card. I contacted them and asked that they not send me any more of their product and they agreed. Today I received another bottle of their Hemp Oil. I'm unable to find any information so that I can contact them as I DO NOT want their product.

Order from Supreme Choice Hemp oil through Facebook in February 2018. No indication of a roll over if they were not contacted to cancel within 14 days. But delivery charge of 5.99 was made through my credit card. I now get a package not opened from Supreme Choice which was not ordered. Cancellation is impossible as you cannot get in touch with them as their phone is constantly busy with an interruption to open line and then back to busy. Package was returned today to Supreme Choice by registered mail requiring a signature with a letter to cancel any orders at any time. I have also called discover to not honor any charges coming from this company, and they are watching for the charge to come through. I don't have anything further to address at this time. If this continues I will have to request a new Credit card, I cannot give you an amount as yet for this product because my first purchase was on a Free Trial basis and only cost 5.99 which has already been paid.

Have called numerous times to STOP this product from automatically coming to me
I purchased Hemp oil from this company and after the first order I did order it again. Since then they started automatically sending me this product. I have called them and asked them to stop sending any more product. They have not complied. I have been trying to call them for the past week as I have just recieved another bottle. I now have 8 bottles unopened!!!

In April 2018 I ordered a trial of supreme choice hemp oil. In May 2018 I indicated I did not want their oil thereafter. They have been sending me since then until today the supreme choice hemp oil w/o my consent and billing my credit card. I tried several times to phone but no one answers the call. I have four (4) unopened packages of supreme choice hemp oil sent to me still unopened. Its a fraud and credit card scam. They advertise free trial just pay shipping. Onc they get your card number they keep shipping it and billing you w/o your authorization.

Contact the supremechoice in Tampa, Fla and stop them from sending me and billing me for the supreme choice hemp oil and I want a refund for four hemp oils they sent to me.

Unable to contact them to terminate shipping/billing of product
I ordered a trial sample of Supreme Choice Hemp Oil. The next month they sent me another bottle. I emailed them to stop sending any more product and to terminate any account. There is no phone number available to speak to a representative. I received another bottle yesterday, one month later. I want to have any account with them terminated immediately.

I was told to wait 30 days for my refund which 6-29 would be 30 days I checked my account and my credit was not there they gave me a refund number but still
