My response to the complaint from the customer on the scionWell first thing is the customer was really impatient on the procedure of the steps that was taken with his car and shops policy and insurance, the customer has been a family friend for years , I think he thought I would be flexible with him with moneyOnce he saw that I was being professional about my responsibility with my work he started to be more pushy about his car and always asking about the check and I'd I made a deal with the insurance, I don't know what that meant but definitely no I never heard that before, he even kept on asking me about the insurance, I know he would call them and harass them about the check , once I received it I deposited it on the shop account for me to start and finish car , but all he wanted was money I had in the past costumers well actually bad experiences with them trying to get over on meThe costumer saw that I wasn't giving in on what ever he wanted to do so he came for his car , and wanted the money, I had explained to him that, a costumer had gave me a bad check and the bank took my funds and I had other things out that I had to pay so left me negative, I told him that I would return his money back but that I had to let insurance know, I told him to give me some time because he didn't want to fix the car so he was really impatient he was only worried about the money and I thought he wanted to fix his car I had explained to costumer on the situation and that I would return the money the BAR advised me to return it my certificate was not in order I had told him I needed the time to come up with it because of another situation kinda similar with customer just trying to fake advantage I also had to explain to the Revdex.com with a response, I don't agree on the mileage on his car that's I'm not paying him that part I'm getting organized at shop with in the process of getting all certificate that I need for my shop so this doesn't happen anymoreThank you

The customer had came to me a week before to meet me and ask me if I do insurance I told him yes and he ask me if I can fix his car, I told him yes when do you want to bring itHe said, he will let me know sometime this weeka couple days passes by and costumer came back and said that
he talked to insurance and told them where the repairs were going to get worked onI asked him for the claim number so I can set up an appointment with the insurance, he handed me his policy paper I said no not this one I need the claim number he told me he didn't havehe then left and text me the claim to my phone and contact info for insuranceI called insurance to set time and dateI called costumer back to drop off car and that was August 10th and it wasn't on the 11th as he said he didInsurance came down we both looked at car he made his estimate and the insurance adjuster said, ok I will email this to insurance handed me a copy then I waited for insurance to email me with one for approval and began the repairs, The costumer receive checks he called his insurance to pay him instead , he kept my supplement check he knew I was repairing the car and he decided after he only wanted to pay me what ever he wanted to or I guess what he thinks is fair, I called his insurance every time this guy wanted to control me and tell me not to go by the estimate he was upset when I refused he had control of the money so he decided to go this routeinsurance has all my conversations and feedback with this headache costumerI had to return the car back as is cause costumer was not going to pay me the money insurance sent medon't know what his attentions are cause costumer did not have to bring people to the shop to try to scare me, insurance is aware that I returned his car back, I feel betrayed and scammed for my money the costumer only gave me a check for 1,025.00 not even close on the estimate
