Horrible service, long waits and horrible management. I called to change my reservation (time and location), 2 hours 45 minutes prior to scheduled pick up and they would not let me change it. It says no where on my receipt that I cannot change within 3 hours of flight time. Horrible company, horrible service, and even worse people. I will never use this service ever again. I suggest you do the same.
