I would like to respond to the following complaint.  Please find my response below:
In accordance with Supps4SwoleBros return policy, and what is standard practice in the industry, refunds are not given until the item has been shipped back and the return has been processed.  Mr. [redacted] has refused to return the product and therefore we cannot refund him until he does so.  We would be more than happy to refund Mr. [redacted] once we receive the item back.
