I am very pleased to report that my credit card will be refunded. I was assured that this service is not on my new computer. I will not be renewed for the service and charged next year. Thank you so much
I spoke to *** *** and I assured her that we do not have any control over her new machine. She also asked for a refund as she no longer needs our service since she bought a new machine. I gave her a refund and she has my number if she needs any other assistance
