Support Teq

tried the following support teq numbers - got a busy signal on one two got an error message. What is up with is company?
tried three numbers from their website in the contact us section

I purchased IT Karma a few weeks ago and I could not be more pleased. Everyone is so knowledgable, helpful, understanding and kind. I especially appreciate Vic, who was the first tech with whom I worked. I like it so much I, yesterday, purchased the same package for my daughter as I have. I have contacted them so many times already and every experience with them has been excellent!

I called them for a failure of my phone hotspot to connect the internet to my computer after HP and Apple were unable to fix the problem. Apple connected me with IT KARMA. They fixed the problem and I then signed up with them for tech support. Not cheap but hopefully it will be worth it for peace of mind.

The technician who assisted me was WONDERFUL. He was ITK64, ABDUR. He was patient with me, called me back when my phone gave out, answered my multitude of questions, helped me with each and every issue, gave me my peace of mind that my malware was cleaned, advised me to call each month to keep my computer in working order and make full use of my membership...... I honestly can't think of anything else that he could have done to make the experience any BETTER!
