Review: Placed order Nov 2014 for surgical compression stockings. Did not send money as this was to be through health insurance. Received no stockings and when I called to inquire on March **, 2015, was told they had "a lot of unprocessed orders from 2014". Was then told I didn't meet my health insurance deductible for 2014, which BCBS (insurance carrier) confirmed I indeed met my deductible. Paperwork was once again submitted to The Sock Shop. Waited and called and was told since the order was placed in 2014, they could not process the order at this time and to reapply again. I was told if I had called earlier in 2015, they possibly could have processed the order. I haven't met my deductible for 2015 so can not order now.Desired Settlement: Please process my order I placed based on meeting my insurance deductible in 2014.
