Support Desk Wiz

Review: I recently purchased a level 2 security package from support desk wiz for $249.00. The service is advertised as a continuous support service for the CISCO wireless router. I have received no information outlining the specifics of the level 2 security and I am no longer able to contact the SupportDeskWiz representatives that sold me the package and essentially stole $249.00 from my family and I. The level 2 security package have not been provided and support desk has blocked my phone number from their 24 hour support phone number of [redacted]. I have tried to contact support desk using this phone number and each time there is an automated voice message explaining that a representative will be with me later and that I should continue to hold. After 3 to 5 minutes of holding the automated message system directs me to leave a voice message and then promptly explains that the voice message system is full. This company has provided an initial service of claiming to fix my wireless router issues. The attempts to fix my wireless router issues have only lead to an more and more problems.Desired Settlement: Support Desk needs to provide the level 2 security service that I purchased from them or they need to refund my $249.00. This company ignores my phone calls and has simply taken $249.00 from me. My desired settlement is to speak to a representative from SupportDeskWiz.
