Very unprofessional. Receive bubble wrap that is much shorter than advertised length. Would not refund difference or send return label. Very poor communication skills.
I purchased two different large items from SupplyHut. These two different items were purchased separately on [redacted] and paid for through a [redacted] account and have two different transaction ids. SupplyHut shipped only one of the items but attached the same USPS tracking number to the two different packages. You cannot use the same tracking number for two different and separate packages; this is falsifying documentation. When the one item was delivered, the tracking information stated that the other was delivered; this is the scam. [redacted] will side with the seller if they provide delivery confirmation, so by sending one item and putting the same tracking number on the two items SupplyHut has the ability to pocket my money on the second item and rest assured that they satisfied [redacted] will side with them because they have provided delivery confirmation. SupplyHut ignored my emails and phone calls and I only was successful at contacting them over Facebook where they feigned ignorance and then ignored me again. Unable to communicate with SupplyHut, I had my issue escalated to [redacted] and [redacted] was aware of the scam I've been talking about. After providing screen shots of messages sent to SupplyHut as well as the tracking number information and the separate transaction ids [redacted] agreed to refund me for the money SupplyHut scammed me out of. To add insult to injury, SupplyHut then had [redacted] removed my negative feedback so that they can scam again. I don't want SupplyHut to continue scamming people, so since my negative feedback was removed I felt that this was the next necessary step to protect other consumers from the same scam. In every instance whether it be with [redacted] customer service, [redacted] customer service, and the Revdex.com I have been able to prove my case to be factual with images of the transactions, tracking information, communications via [redacted], phone call logs on my phone, and a chat log over Facebook. This is not a reputable company and you shouldn't buy anything from them.
