This is not a customer, WE are the customer.  This is a deranged individual that we unfortunately bought from on Ebay. He was upset that we would dare have a problem with our order and communicate with him about it instead of going directly to Ebay or paypal.  He retaliated by slandering...

us and using our email address to sign up for accounts on different websites so we would be spammed, including porn websites.  We received a full refund from paypal and our business is now concluded.
