Review: On March 5, 2015 we contacted Supplies USA to purchase ink for our printers. We spent a total of $918.56 for this order. We waited, and waited, and waited for our order to arrive, we called, and called, and called and finally got through and was told our product was finally shipped. We told them we no longer needed it and requested a process to start a refund. We were told that we need to get the product first and wait for the return labels. We never received it until March 28, 2015 (23 days from our order date?) We had to place another immediate order through another company during that time to keep printing at our company during our busiest time, as we are an Accounting Firm that prepares tax returns. After calling this company to get our return label many times with no good communication as they never answer their phones, we finally got through and we received our return labels on April 18, 2015 and immediately sent all items back. We then began calling for our refund and this again has been more than a notion. We NEVER get through... only voicemail, after voicemail, after voicemail. We finally sent an email and got a response on May 22, 2015 (28 days from the date we sent them back their products). They sent us an email and told us we would received a refund was processed that day and we would receive our monies with 3-7 business days. As of this date, July 17, 2015 we have not received the refund. (Almost 60 days later and we are still calling and emailing this company to receive this refund)! We continue to call and send emails, but no luck. This is so sad and FRUSTRATING. Please note this is the worst company in the WORLDDesired Settlement: We want our monies back before we have to sue them for legal fees along with the amount they owe us, we are willing to go legal to get our refund!
