Complaint and have issued Ms. [redacted]  a refund for the past 90 days. We have tried contacting Ms. [redacted]s through phone and email and have been unable to reach her to discuss a resolution. Because we were unable to reach Ms. [redacted]s we have issued her a refund for the past 90 days in hopes this resolution will make Ms. [redacted]s happy. If this resolution is not satisfactory we would be more than happy to keep working with her till a resolution is met.
