Supplement Direct

Review: Hello, I placed an order with Supplement direct on March 20, which they charged to my debit card. That was a Friday, they said the product would ship Monday. As of the following Thrusday, I had not received my package, so I called them an spoke with a gentleman, who said he absolutely sent it out.That was thrusday. So I emailed them Saturday the 28th requesting a trackng number. As of yet, I have not received that either. I believe they did not ship the product. I am only 100 miles from their location, and it should, via regular 1st call mail, have only taken 1 day. Thanks for your time, [redacted].Desired Settlement: either a full refund, or the product shipped overnigt express.with a sigiture required upon receipt.
