I have sent three different refund checks over the past thirty daysMs [redacted] said she has not received themI put a stop payment on the first two checks and am waiting to see if she receives the third check on Monday or TuesdayI sent this last Cashier's Check via Priority Mail - have tracked it and it is supposed to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.Ms [redacted] has never complied with any of terms and conditions of the Service Agreement that she signed with usThere is a Section in our Service Agreement that covers Client Obligations - she never complied with one of them and now that it has become apparent that her son may not play college sports - she is lashing out.I probably should not have signed her son - their have been issues from day one - just want to get her the refund and move onMs [redacted] is what is bad about college recruiting - she wanted the college scholarship more than her sonWe get two to three parents a year who sign with us and then don't honor the terms of the Service AgreementIn years we have placed over 7,student-athletes in colleges throughout the country and we have had less than complaints - all families who didn't comply with the terms of the agreement. We have a great reputation in our industry with college coaches and student-athletes - we continue to grow and provide quality services for all of our clientsIf Ms [redacted] would have complied with the Agreement - we wouldn't be following up on this complaintIf you would like a copy of the agreement that she signed - I could mail that to you. Thanks for the notice - I am heading to a dinner tonight in Milwaukee with plus of our families who are very satisfied and excited to share the news of their son/daughter's scholarship to play college sports.Jon [redacted]

The *** Family signed with us about months - initially the response between the ***'s and Midwest Collegiate Prospects was in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement that they signed - the ***'s were provided a copy of the agreement that they signed along with a
complete checklist of information we neededI will mail you a copy of the agreement that they signed and will highlight Section and Section which covers the Clients Obligations (which they never complied with) and Section which states that if they decide to cancel at a later date - there is no refund. We do have a Money Back Guarantee that we refund the recruiting fees under two scenarios - the prospect gets injured or we do not get any offers for the ProspectI told the ***s that we would refund the monies under the terms of the Money Back AgreementIf we do not get any offers for Patrick by the end of the school year - we will forward a complete refund on July 1st.We never promised the ***s a D-I scholarship - that is in violation of NCAA Rules - we only guarantee marketing and exposureWe had a number of schools visit Patrick at *** *** this past fall (***'s never told us who visited - in violation of Section of the Agreement that they signed - they received several offers (***'s never informed us - in violation of Section of the Agreement. We have placed over 7,prospects in years and the only complaints that have been filed with the Revdex.com are from families that didn't comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.I will be forwarding a completer packet of information - including a copy of the agreement that the ***'s signed along with a record of all the schools we contacted on Patrick's behalf.I ask that you review the information that I send to confirm our position that we were in completer accordance with the Agreement that the ***s signed. We have never refused to issue a refund - if we do not secure an offer - the ***s will be issued a complete refund in accordance with the Money Back Guarantee.Thank you for your time!Jonathan ** ***Midwest Collegiate Prospects

It is interesting that Mr*** keeps referring to the amount of Student-Athletes we have signed - the actual number is over plus years. If the ***'s had complied with the terms and conditions of the Agreement they had signed in - we would not be here todayAt the time of the signing, we gave the ***'s a substantial price break for our services.I don't want to keep rehashing an issue that is very straightforward - 99% of our clients comply with the terms of the agreement - the only time we have had issues is when the client does not comply and then complains about the poor service. As stated in our Refund Policy - if we do not secure any offers for Patrick by the end of the school year - we will fully refund the fees that the ***'s paid.We have never said that we would not refund their money - we have a company refund policy and they will be paid a refund if we do not secure any offers for Patrick

Jon *** finally sent payment to me after many months of dealing with him . He cooperated after Revdex.com sent my complaint to him

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Please note in Jon's prior email he stated he signed my son in Sophomore Year.  Our Check at time of signing with jon was dated  3/24/2017, which is spring of his Junior year.  Though the fall of 2017, we emailed Jon asking what the next steps were, why we haven't heard from him...his response was always, oh I am traveling this weekend to talk with coaches on your son's behalf and will let you know... Time and time again, we never heard back.  We sent an email in December at which time he replied, "this is a dead period, but a great time for me as I can get out and talk with coaches about your son.  I will update you on those conversations."  That was in December, we never heard back from Jon.Jon also states from his prior response he has over 7500 satisfied customers, his website states 5,500. he charges a base rate of about 1,000 and then for every referral he will give you 100 off this signing rate.  We paid 625 to John in March of 2017 and gave him 4 referrals.  Those 4 referrals all paid over 1000.  Lets assume that jon is confused and actually only has 5,500 satisfied customers, lets also assume that all 5,500 customers gave four referrals and paid what we submitted.  This would be a gross profit of over 3.4 million dollars.  It would be easy to confirm his revenue based on his Tax Filings, but I am confident that his revenue is no where near those figures.  A business with a sole proprietor that makes 3.4 million dollars (that is using 5500 satisfied customers, not the 7,500 which he stated in his earlier email) would not need to write fraudulent checks, be arrested, be evicted or need to file for bankruptcy.  Jon has falsely represented his company to many parents and students alike and he needs to be held accountable.  After discovering that the schools he told us he contacted had never heard of jon or our son, it confirmed our suspicions that Jon is a fraud!  We were never given a copy of the agreement and I would like Jon to produce this so that we can all read the section/paragraph 5 he speaks of.  How sick that this man is allowed to be in contact with our children......
Regards,
Scott [redacted]
