I had placed an order with this business and this was my first time ordering from the establishmentMy order totaled out to $and I had ordered for my spouse, my two sisters and IMy boyfriend's food is the one that was contaminatedHe took a bite out of his food and he pulled long brown hairs out of his mouthI called the site and the employees were laughing and playing asking what color were the hairs and continued on to say no one here has brown hair maybe it came from youNo one ever got a manager after I asked where the manager wasThis is poor service and I will never order from here again!

I placed an order for delivery with Buddy's Pizza at 7:14 pm on March 13th, 2016 in the amount of $42.49. I called them at 8:30pm to find out where my order was. The employee that answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude when I asked her politely when I was going to get my order delivered. She asked me rudely twice my address. I said to her " Please cancel my order and refund me my $42.49. She said "have a nice day" and hung up on me. She had no idea who I was so how could she refund me my order so I called to speak to the manager ( it was her). I told her to refund my money and I will be filing a complaint.
