My name is [redacted] and I am a real estate agent with RE/MAX Fine Properties. I have used Supernova Carpet and Home Care for nearly 7 years now, and I can say with no reservations that they are truly an excellent company to work with. It is the nature of my business that sometimes I need services quickly, with little to no notice, and Supernova has always done an excellent job in accommodating my client's schedules. Furthermore, the quality of their work is outstanding, and I've never had a client of mine complain. In fact, most go out of their way to let me know what an excellent job they have done. Beyond that, but just as important, they are beyond reasonable in their pricing.

After hours upon hours spent on my hands and knees with a tiny scrub brush and multiple varieties of grout cleaners, I assumed my grout was never going to be tan again. Our grout wasn't that clean to begin with when we acquired our home 3 years ago but I was bound and determined to clean it up and thought I had done a fairly decent job. Our carpet on the other hand....cheap as they come as a quick replacement to sell the house. With a clumsy 4 yr old and an easily excited puppy our carpets have definitely seen better days. We tried the rug doctor (what a waste!) but with a crawling and curious baby I decided to bite the bullet and pay a professional to help revive our floors and put my mind at ease. I am so glad I called Supernova!!!! I knew the grout would clean up a little but WOW!!! My husband and I felt like we had just walked into a brand new home! I have never ever seen my grout so white and the lame carpets we have, definitely not lame anymore! I cannot sing enough praise to this company! They were affordable, dependable, prompt, and professional. I will absolutely be calling them a couple times each year to come work their magic on my flooring in the future
