Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am still waiting an apology from Stephanie given the unprofessionalism that I've received from her when I made a complaint at the very minimum. The dry cleaner wasted my time and money by having to go back and forth to pick up my uncleaned suit. As a manager myself, I would've treated an unsatisfied customer in a more professional and courteous manner. I guess Stephanie has a lot to learn about the customer service industry. A satisfied and happy customer will return to an establishment. Perhaps more home and professional training is needed for Stephanie for a full understanding. And in regards to the mistreatment of her employee, I heard most of the things Stephanie said because she was on speaker.

Nothing was solved and she is a waste of time.

Hi,     My name is Stephanie T[redacted] and I am the manger of Super Lucky Laundromat 999.  One of the...

customers dropped off her suit and her jacket. When she arrived we were  all aware that her jacket had a stain on it. We told the customer that we will try our best  to remove the stain. From pervious experiences with other customer, some stains come  out and some do not come out. When I received the jacket from the dry cleaners, the stain was still on the jacket and has not been removed. I sent it to do over to see if the stain will  be removed and the stain never came out. The customer came back to pick up her clothing and she did not want to pay the entire price for the suit because the stain was still there. I  told her that if she does not want to pay for the suit she must pay for the skirt. I told her that  if she does not pay for the skirt I will not return it to her. Please take this to consideration and  also I never screamed at my worker about this situation. I simply told them to not give her the  skirt if she does not pay.  Complain #: [redacted]   Sincerely, Stephanie

Review: I came in to the establishment to have a suit (blazer & skirt) dry cleaned. I needed to get it cleaned because I got several yogurt stains on it. When I picked it up, I noticed that there was still a stain on the arm of the jacket. I told the young man who was working there at the time. He asked me if I would like for them to send it back. I told him that would be ideal since the whole point of me bringing it to the dry cleaners is to get my clothes cleaned. I came back at my SECOND attempt for my suit. And yet again, the same stain was still there. I understand that some stains may not come off, however, this stain was from yogurt. I never heard of yogurt stains being so stubborn. The same young man offered to send it back a THIRD time but I refused. I have wasted enough time at an attempt to get a suit cleaned. I asked the young man for the owners contact info - he told me he could not give me that information. He called the owner while I was still there and told her that there is ANOTHER customer complaining. So it's obvious this is not the first time. And to top it off, the "owner", named Stephanie, was unbelievably rude. She never apologized for not providing a cleaning service or for wasting my time. She was yelling at this young man who was just doing his job. He was handling a customer complaint. At first, Stephanie refused to speak to me. She claimed she was driving, but she found the time to yell at her employee. So I told the young man I am refusing to pay for this service. I paid for a cleaning service and did not receive that service - I don't see a reason why I should pay for it. He called Stephanie back and handed me the phone. Stephanie was beyond rude. She should not be allowed to speak to ANY HUMAN nor animal. Her demeanor and attitude towards this whole experience was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Stephanie told me (very rudely) that she will not release my suit (yes, MY suit) unless I paid for it, regardless if it's cleaned or not. How dare that this company treat their PAYING customers that way. This laundromat/dry cleaner should not be in business. It should be investigated how they treat their PAYING customers. They are unethical and just a bunch of thieves!Desired Settlement: An adjustment to Stephanie's attitude would be ideal. Asking her for an apology is probably equivalent to praying for a miracle. I would like a refund for a suit that was not cleaned.

Response:

Of course I would apologize if there were something I did wrong. As I previously stated, I believe I handled the situation in a manner anyone else would have handled it. I cannot make everyone happy because at the end of the day I am running a business. I tried multiple times to remove the stain on her suit and it did not come off. A yogurt stain is a different stain that is very clearly removable. A majority of my customers who drop off their clothes to get dry-cleaned get their items back on the first shot. I have numerous other customers who are satisfied with the business that I run. I try to be as accommodating as possible.
