Review: I purchased the Dr. Phil .50 carat diamond earring and necklace set at the end of September 2015. On 10/**/15, I went to take the earrings out and one was missing from my ear. This product has a push on /screw off back to ensure that the earring stays in place. I contacted SuperJeweler's 800 number and was told that they could only sell me a new earring at a price of $125.00. Per SuperJeweler their "warranty " will not cover this, since I have nothing to send them. If the backing was NOT defective I would still have the earring set and would be having this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like them to resolve the issue by either replacing the earring that was lost due to a defective back or allowing me to refund the whole set in full.

Review: I ordered 2 I Love You Heart Necklaces on 09/**/15. My order # is [redacted] and I received a shipping notification that is has shipped on 9/**/15. It was being shipped via [redacted] then through my local post office. I received the package on 09/**/15 which was a cut piece of cardboard and NO merchandise! I immediately emailed SuperJeweler notifying them that my merchandise was not in the package and I demand a refund. I received 2 emails 09/**/15 from Courtney C[redacted] saying that she apologizes for the delay in my goods being delivered. There was no delay with my package, just my merchandise missing in the package.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded immediately.

Review: I ordered a ring, it has been "processing" since the [redacted] (even though they took the money off my card). I have contacted them numerous times, even posted on their facebook page, & NEVER have received a response. I just want to know what is taking so long, & if my ring isn't "in stock" Then I want a full refund immediately! I just want to know why they haven't replied. On second thought I want a refund no matter what the deal is. The company seems VERY shady & unreliable, i'd be afraid that what they sent wouldn't even be "real diamonds". PLEASE just get my full refund.Desired Settlement: Just give me my full refund & I won't ever order from your company again. I am SO glad my fiance didn't order his ring from your company or he'd be in this same predicament.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Superjeweler.com has NOT been resolved. They sent the ring & it's the crappiest,cheap,warped ring i've ever seen...I want them to pay for s&h so I can send it back & get a refund!!

Review: On the [redacted] of June, I purchased items from superjeweler.com and was expecting them to be sent within 5 business days as it says on their website. On the [redacted] of June, I checked my superjeweler.com account and the items still had not being sent. So I called the customer service number and spoke to Don on the [redacted] of June, who told me that he was going to speak to production to find out what the hold up was. I told him that if the jewelry was not ready, he should just cancel the order and give me a refund since the items I was buying were gifts for people I was going to see on vacation. He told me he would call me later that day to let me know what was happening; I did not receive a phone call from him. On the [redacted] of June I received an email from them saying that my items had been shipped and a tracking number provided. The tracking number didn't show up in the DHL system. On friday the [redacted] I called the customer service again and this time spoke to [redacted] who told me to check the DHL website later that evening or on Saturday as it takes a while for the the system to upload the information or even at times the tracking number doesn't yield anything and the items are delivered. July [redacted] I called back and spoke to a customer service rep and asked them for a refund since the items hadn't arrived and now the reason why I wanted the items was no longer important as I was going on vacation the following day. I was told to wait till the end of the week that was Friday the [redacted] as the items could be caught in the postal service. Today is the [redacted] and still there is nothing in my mailbox I called and spoke to [redacted] their manager at superjeweler and all she kept saying is that she understands my frustration, but there is nothing she can do, but I should wait till Friday the [redacted]. I told her I feel like I am being given the run around and there is no resolution. You have charged my card, but the items have not been delivered and every time I call it is a different story and a different reason. I am being told I can return the items once I get them for a refund, but how can I get a refund when there is no product?? What have I paid for then?? They will just take my money then?? I also chatted with a customer service rep and told her I was going to file a complaint, but she just stopped chatting with me. I have emails and chats that I can provide to youDesired Settlement: I would like them to give me a refund for my purchases. They said 5 business days and now we are 10 days shy of one month since I placed my purchased. If the items are lost somewhere, I would like my money back. They should be insured for situations such as this.
Review: I have ordered 3 items from them,but received only 2 items,most expensive one is missing. I have paid insurance that they promise for immediate replacement no delay,but now they said I have to wait
completion by the carrier can take up to 30 days and what expect next.
First they made me fill out a Lost Package Form and asked me evidence of tampering,but didn't look like that box was tight for two items,no space for the another. I am trying to contact
them by telephone call,but very difficult to catch them always answer machine, never get response. I have sent emails and left messages customer contact and chatting,finally got a response,but still didn't get the answer I asked them replace or refund.
I can't trust them anymore. I started reading for social media reviews, couldn't find good one. I am very anxious about them.
I could be waiting for the represent, if they are honest and responsible,but now I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to get full refund of item never received($99.99). Even I want get back the amount of insurance that I couldn't believe they paid to the Carrier,but I could compromise that,
because they gave me discount when l ordered.

The order was placed 11/**/15, shipped 12/*/15 and was reportedly missing an item on 12/*/15. An investigation internally and with the carrier was initiated on 12/*/15 and resulted in a refund in full for the missing item on 12/**/15.
