Superior Yardscapes

Review: Had landscaping done and one of the trees died. Made several phone calls to Superior Yardscapes, no one has returned our call. The tree is under warranty.Just asking to have it replaced.Desired Settlement: Would like to have the tree replaced.

I would never rehire yard scapes to do work for me nor would I referred them to anyone. They were to put plastic around my house from the house to the edging and then put Chesapeake Bay stone on top of the plastic. He did not place the plastic from the side of the house to the edging. There are areas where there are up to 8 inches of no plastic. This may be from the house to the stones or from the stones to the edging. Asa result I am always pulling weeds or killing weeds. After doing this work and my not knowing about the plastic problem I asked him if he would come back and plant eight more shrubbery above my pool. He said he could do so in approximately two months. I called him two months later and he told me to go ahead and buy the shrubbery and he would be down within two weeks. He never returned. I called him several times about coming back to plant the shrubbery and he would not receive my calls. As a result I had to hire someone else to do what he was supposed to do. Due to his negligence I am now removing the stones putting down plasticware it should have been and replacing the stones? I Idon't feel a consumer should have to sit and watch a contractor do a job to make sure it is done right and I don't feel that a 67-year-old woman with arthritis should have to do the job that he was paid to do. As I have stated I would never have him back here again and I certainly will not refer him to any friends
