Dear Ms [redacted] I am writing on behalf of Optimal Web Solutions (hereafter “Optimal”) with respect to the above-referenced complaintEssentially, Ms [redacted] ’s allegation is that she did not enter into a contract with Optimal and that Optimal is attempting to claim it has a verbal contract with Ms [redacted] That is untrueMs [redacted] actually entered into a written contract with OptimalI am enclosing a true and correct copy of that written contract for your reviewYou will see that the contract has been electronically signed by Ms [redacted] Optimal can prove that the electronic signature was transmitted by the unique IP address associated singularly with Ms [redacted] ’s computerUnder federal law, electronic signatures, like the one here, are just as legally enforceable as a hand-written signature.Under these circumstances, Ms [redacted] ’s claim that she did not enter into a contract with Optimal is baselessSo long as it fulfills its contractual obligations – and there is no argument that it hasn’t -- Optimal has every right to enforce the terms of the contract with Ms [redacted] We trust this conclusively resolves this matterIf not, please feel free to contact me.Very truly yours,Dan JD***Enclosure

That is untrue. Ms. [redacted] actually entered into a written contract with Optimal. I am enclosing a true and correct copy of that written contract for your review.
