Our neighbor hired Superior Tree Service here in Sioux Falls in August to trim trees. They dropped a tree on our deck, and did provide lumber to fix it. Then, they ripped our air conditioner off our of house with their boom truck. Jay-I think is the owner-said they would replace it. They had a heating and cooling company replace it. This was in August. Today, I received a phone call today from the owner of the heating & cooling company letting me know that there company was going to take the tree service and ourselves to court as Jay has not paid for the air conditioner, and does not plan on paying. I am shocked and fruastrated! They caused this damage, ordered the AC unit, how is it that we get stuck in the middle?
