Review: Had a company out to clean the air ducts. They did not remove each and every vent. The ducts are still dirty. They tried to convince me that they do not have to take off the vents to clean the ducts.

I believe I fell for a scam that resulted in paid work incomplete. They refuse to issue a refund. I do not want this company back as the lady who answers the phone is one of the most rude people I've talked to in this state of NJ. In fact she said they don't issue refunds and proceeded to hang up on me after raising her voice at me rudely.Desired Settlement: Refund requested - partial refund would be accepted for the couple returns that the man did take off but then damaged putting them back on. However, the majority of the ducts were not cleaned.
