Superior Systems

John, owner of Superior Systems did my yard close to 30 years ago and from nothing to a complete transformation. John does it all, landscaping, sprinklers, retaining walls, rocking, grass, bedding plants, etc... they do it all! John and the boys have worked and re-worked my front and backyard areas several times. Whenever I want something updated or new; John and I always go over a plan and it comes out better in the end. Not only are they on time but ALWAYS early; whether I'm home or not... they get to work. I trust John and no one else because long time ago we went from Business to friends. I can call John anytime and I just know that when my face comes up, a smile lands on his face and vise versa. He is a great business man and very trustworthy. If I could leave before and after pictures of my latest project, I would... but I'm betting John could arrange that to happen here in the near future. Another thing is... over all these years, I've prayed over John and his company and I can tell you... He is now a Believer; yeah! John and team, you are good as gold to me... I never would have believed that my plain yard could be such a traffic stopper in my neighborhood for such a reasonable price. The design is so unique and eye catching it?s stopping traffic in our neighborhood. Ever so grateful for the excellent service and custom work. So glad I let you take ?artistic liberties?! My idea wasn?t near as awesome!!!

Great service. Arrived on time (actually 15 minutes earlier); fixed the copper split (to my specific request...which was no Shark-bite material), ensured the copper repair was successful (no leaks after the system was turned on); and ensured all zones were operational. Customer service is not what I received. I had an appointment at 5:30, I waited around for 30 minutes with no response. Tried to call and went to voice mail. When I texted him he said his car broke down. Sure it did, he called me to see if he could make it earlier and I tried to call him back with no answer, so I don't get a call a 5:30 saying there has been a problem. I have to try to find someone, yeah they don't want my business.

Superior systems

We have been a customer of Superior Systems for 25 years. We bought our house back in 1993 and we employed John of Superior Systems to landscape and install the sprinkler system. We didn't have a lot of money and Superior Systems developed a solution that easily fit our budget. Their professionalism and work ethic was a breath of fresh air compared to others. They are thoughtful and respectful while providing quality work and helpful service. Superior Systems has serviced out sprinkler system every year since 1993 and done minor projects for us over the years. Now that we are a little older and want to eliminate some grass for easier maintenance, we called John. This time to re-landscape our front yard, including building us a stone porch. It turned out great and we are constantly getting compliments on our yard. Superior Systems is the company we trust and depend on for all our landscaping needs.
