I am rejecting this response because: What Mr G[redacted] is saying is not true. I have texts that contradict what he is saying. First, He did not start a few days late. He was going to start 2 weeks late. I have texts to prove the dates. I did not leave any liquids in the driveway. I moved all into the garage. Why would I risk materials freezing that I paid for. See the jpg ending in 827 where he thanked me for moving them into the garage (which he was going to do the next day). See text 927, shows when he first dropped off scaffolding. Text 935 is me acknowledging it. I terminated the contract on text 034. As you can see, no mention of Mexicans. I never saw anyone there, just the scaffolding. In a later text he told me to contact Carlos to make a deal with him to do the job. He is deflecting from the facts by saying I made derogatory remarks. Never happened. I worked side by side with Mexicans framing my house, my dry waller of 5 years is Mexican. I respect that they work hard. I am an executive at a large corporation and endorse diversity. That is another lie by Mr G[redacted]. I have a whole suite of texts that document all discussions but can only upload 4 here. As to the Superior Stucco and Stone in Colo Sprgs, the Revdex.com site shows A+ rating so I don't know what he is talking about. More lies.
Sincerely,

>>> I was hired by [redacted] after another company quit his job. He claimed to have a two week period. I was finishing another job and started his about three days late. A crew I supervise and sub out went to set the scaffold. I was called and Mr. [redacted] asked why there were Mexicans at...
his house. I explained they were a crew I use and I would still be supervising the project. He told them to get off his property and called me to terminate my services. >>> Mr [redacted] had his supplies delivered and left in his driveway. He put some of the buckets in his garage but not all f them. It snowed on his materials on November 7, the 17 and the 21 st of November. The top layers of the product outside was ruined by the snow. He ordered the material and paid for the materials. It is his responsibility to keep them stored and safe and dry. I took nothing from his job site at any time. Mr [redacted] called the Douglas County sheriffs office and reported a theft. Deputy Ward interviewed me after he visited the job site. Deputy Ward was unable to find any proof of theft and closed the case. >>> The job would have been completed close to the timeframe had Mr. [redacted] not kicked off my crew and terminated my services. I believe he wanted the crew off the job site due to race as he had made several derogatory comments about Mexicans. The extra money he spent is his own fault as the job was beginning when he terminated my services. >>> The superior stucco and stone in Colorado Springs is not current or in good standing with the Secretary of State. My company is and I do not run unscrupulous business practices as Mr [redacted] states. > Thank you for the opportunity to reply Erich G[redacted]
