Superior Sprinkler Systems

Review: Superior sprinkler systems located at [redacted], va [redacted] has incorrectly billed me for services performed. Specifically, I was charged for spring startup services totalling $100 that I did not request. I requested services to fix a broken solenoid which was replaced. In addition I had an irrigation line leak that was repaired. . Repeatedly asked the office manager for a corrected invoice but continue to get a response that the $100 charge was supposed to be for service call. This was not explained to me. I find it inappropriate for them to recategorize a charge once I question it. I believe I should pay for the services I requested and approved of, totalling $257.Desired Settlement: A billing adjustment with the $100 removed and totalling $257.
