Sent: Thursday, July 10, 9:AM To: drteam Cc: [redacted] Subject: complaint # [redacted] Good Afternoon, I am responding to the complaint against Dr [redacted] The assigned ID is [redacted] I am with Dr [redacted] billing company and have first hand knowledge of the issue with [redacted] When charges come in from the doctor we have to pull the facesheet from the hospitals website with the name givenIn this case only [redacted] was given, the girl pulling facesheets was fairly new and pulled the facesheet of the first patient that pulled up with similar hospital datesThe wrong info was pulled, the wrong info was registered and the wrong info was billedHowever we were not aware of this at first Ms [redacted] called in regarding another doctor we do billing for, stating that she was not seen by that doctorUpon investigating, I found the error (wrong patient info was pulled) and quickly refunded the money to the insurance company of Ms [redacted] for the other doctor Ms [redacted] called in on June 19, after getting a bill from Dr [redacted] stating that she has already called on once regarding this matter [redacted] and I both explained to her that the first doctor she called in regarding is different from Dr [redacted] I again explained to her that the wrong info was pulled from the hospital and that it would be fixed ASAPDr [redacted] has refund Ms [redacted] s insurance company in full as of June 22, 2014(days later) with check number [redacted] in the amount of $ I apoligized to Ms [redacted] stating that human errors do occur time to time and it would be fixed in a timely mannerMs [redacted] 's desired settlement requested the information to be deletedIt has been deletedThe money has been refunded back to Aetna with an explaination [redacted] ** [redacted] does not owe anything as she was the wrong [redacted] This error was not intentional therefore I do not feel that these were fradulent chargesI feel that this complaint was unwarranted and completely unnecessary Please feel free to contact myself or [redacted] regarding this complaint at any time at the below number or email if you need anything else Thank you, [redacted] Total Reimbursement [redacted] ***

Terrible customer service and response They performed a repair on my system and afterwards two other zones stopped working Asked them times to come out and check my system Four times they said they would be out and never showed and never called me back I called Andy's and they came out the next day on schedule and performed the needed repairs While I cannot say that the work Superior did impacted the other two zones (was a wiring issue), they should have come out when they said As well, they installed a add a zone due to a wiring issue on one zone Andy's was much better at fixing the issue and cost less for more work

     Ms. [redacted] called in regarding another doctor we do billing for, stating that she was not seen by that doctor. Upon investigating, I found the error (wrong patient info was pulled) and quickly refunded the money to the insurance company of Ms. [redacted] for the other doctor.
 
     Ms. [redacted] called in on June 19, 2014 after getting a bill from Dr. [redacted] stating that she has already called on once regarding this matter. [redacted] and I both explained to her that the first doctor she called in regarding is different from Dr. [redacted]. I again explained to her that the wrong info was pulled from the hospital and that it would be fixed ASAP. Dr. [redacted] has refund Ms. [redacted]s insurance company in full as of June 22, 2014(3 days later) with check number [redacted] in the amount of $197.44.
 
     I apoligized to Ms. [redacted] stating that human errors do occur time to time and it would be fixed in a timely manner. Ms. [redacted]'s desired settlement requested the information to be deleted. It has been deleted. The money has been refunded back to Aetna with an explaination. [redacted] [redacted] does not owe anything as she was the wrong [redacted]. This error was not intentional therefore I do not feel that these were fradulent charges. I feel that this complaint was unwarranted and completely unnecessary.
