Superior Spray Foam

Although it has been some time since my move with Monroe Moving I want to post this review because I am in the process of moving and looking for a mover to take my things from Augusta to ***, GaSeeing their name when I googled movers in Augusta reminded me of the devastating move I had with them! My stuff stayed in storage for two years after it was moved so it was a long time before I saw the things that were completely ruined in the moveI saw everything as it was moved the second time and I saw the porcelains that were completely lost and the one of a kind pieces that their movers had ruinedThey had taken the top part of a secretary off to move it but left the screws in that held the top in place in when they placed it on top of a *** *** chest, that was a one of a kind piece and very expensive, and shoved it back when they placed it in the storage unitThe screws ripped through the top of the chest and ruined the finish completelyBecause of the intricate finish of the top of the chest it was completely un restorable by the most respected restorer in the businessI was completely devastated and complained to Monroe but they were completely unresponsiveI then got my designer, who recommended them, to come and see the damage so that she could relate the deplorable state of the piece to them and they still had no responseIn the end my pieces were ruined and I could do nothing about any of itPlease DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! They are extremely inefficient and cavalier about it when things go so wrong! I have never recovered from the despair of losing the pieces I lost at their hands and could only replace one of the porcelain pieces out of all my lossBecause my move had been two years before they would do nothing although I took pictures when I uncovered the loss PRIOR to anything being moved againSuch a tragic experience that I would love to save anyone else from having!
