I'm a new customer with Superior Service. I"d been with another service for over 5 years. Called old service to get furnaces checked and it was going to be two weeks. Superior Service was able to get to me within 48 hours. The technicians were totally professional, courteous, able to answer my questions and gave me no pressure to purchase anything. They explained everything that was done to be sure I understood their work and were incredibly knowledgable. It was refreshing to be dealt with in such a way. They left no mess and I have confidence in all the work that was done.
