I needed help disconnecting my screen enclosure from my roof as I was having repair work done. The team from Superior Screens uncoupled everything and removed the integral gutters. When the roof repair was complete, they returned and re-attached everything, ensuring the gutters were properly sloped. They rescreened areas that had been damaged. They also worked off hours to get my project completed as quickly as possible. Victoria had great communications with me all along and the team was very experienced. I would not hesitate to use them again!

The first time I called Superior Screens, they came out to replaced a couple of torn panels. They did a nice job, so I called them when it came time for a full re-screen. They gave me a reasonable quote, itemized work list and scheduled a date to start the work. They were on time, very fast, professional and replaced all the screen door hardware for two doors as part of the job. I also had them replace the rusted tap-con screws that hold the frame to the foundation. We were very satisfied all the way around and would highly recommend them for your re-screen.

I called Superior Screens & Pools to schedule a total screen replacement on my pool enclosure late in May. I already had a previous quote for the job from another firm with a tentative start date of end of June or early July. Apparently, this is very heavy time of year for pool screening. Victoria came out to assess the job and gave me a competitive quote and a tentative start of 11 June (depending on weather). Based on her complete description of how the job would be done, competitive pricing, earlier start date, experience in much larger jobs than mine and positive reviews on on job performance, I opted to have Superior Screens & Pools do the job. Central Florida was experiencing a very heavy series of daily thunderstorms at that time, and Victoria had advised me that they may have to come earlier or later than the planned date in order to shift job dates to accommodate those job sites that were not in a particularly heavy thunderstorm area. In order to stay flexible, she also advised me to do any power washing as soon as possible in case they could come early. That was good advice. They started the job on June 3 because my home was in a fairly clear area at the time, and they were flexible enough to take advantage of being where the bad weather wasn't. A big A+ for being on top of a very fluid weather situation. As for the actual on site job performance, I couldn't be happier. Billy, with 34 years experience, was a one man acrobatic show hopping about the structure taking off the old screens and systematically replacing them with great efficiency and great care to ensure that each and every panel was exactly right. He is an artist who takes particular pride in the quality of his work (something that seems rare these days). It was obvious that this company's emphasis is on doing the job right and not on just getting it done to move on to the next job. The result--a great job and complete customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them.

When I first called, Victoria was a dream to work with when some of our enclosure screens where ripped in the hurricane. She was very professional and clearly explained costs, time frame, and replacement process. During the installation (done by a wonderful and agile installer...sorry can't remember his name), she was even there providing support and helping with the immaculate clean-up. My patio replacement screen job came out great. I would certainly use them again, and I've already recommended Superior Screens & Pools to my neighbors and friends.
