Bought rug through Amazon and no matter what I do the ends curl creating a tripping hazard - very unhappy with it - have put heavy objects on the ends and left them for 5:days and S soon as I removed them the end curled again

Review: I ordered 3 rugs. One was cancelled because I assume it was out of stock. The other two rugs I ordered cost me a total of $101.93. I used my debit card to make the purchase. The money was withdrawn from my bank account on 9/12/13. I have not received any emails yet about the order status. I have not received any emails about the delivery date. I tried going back to the website but there's no phone number to contact. I found out too late that this business has a foul record. Unless this company plans to deliver the rugs within the next 2 weeks, I want my full payment returned.Desired Settlement: I want the rugs that I ordered to be delivered within 2 weeks, or my full payment amount to be returned immediately. $101.93

This rug is 100% Pure wool made of the finest softest most durable wool.

There website states the above. I bought three rugs. They were not wool but polyolefin. I called them and they said that they were wool blend and that they did not know what the website said.

This is a blatant example of deceitful advertising. They said that I could ship the rugs back for a refund. The shipping would be at my expense.

First of all, I do not trust them to refund my money. Secondly, I do not know what it would cost to ship them back but I do not want to pay it. It would be wasting even more money.Desired Settlement: First I would like their website to accurately reflect what you get when you buy the rug.

Second, If they will pay for the return shipment, I would return the rugs for full refund.

Third, if they actually have 100% wool rugs for the price, I would like to obtain them.
