Superior Roofing

We decided to cancel our agreement for any roofing/repair projects. It's been 4.5 months since the contract was signed. In that time, six roof projects have been completed in our neighborhood, four on our street alone, two since January. We awaited for our project to begin.

Alas no new roof four four months!!! There is no excuse for this delay. I have historical weather charts showing temps, rain, snow, etc, since the beginning of November. No reason our roof project was delayed so long.

Additionally, I've had no updates since January and feel their communication is poor regarding scheduling. After I sent notice to cancel agreement, suddenly project starts next week. However I'm out of town and our agreement was to give me 2 weeks notice.

I am requesting s refund our deposit immediately.

Lamont P (owner of Superior Roofing, LLC) advertises himself as the superintendent and not the owner. This business provided a written and signed contract for services to be provided and required a deposit of half the amount of the job. The owner and company has not scheduled the job, provided services, returned any phone calls, messages or emails after two months after being given several thousand dollars. The company NEVER rendered serviced after taking several thousand dollars with a signed contract.
