Superior Roofing & Siding

As the owner of the Company, I responded to the original complaint by going to the job site and making any necessary corrections myself. I was told not to show up, and to schedule a time when the homeowners would be there. The times they offered where after our normal business hours, but said I...

would try to have one of my guys come over on their own time. That is actually scheduled to happen. I can only assume at this point that the homeowners will be on the roof to directly supervise the work since they don't feel that I am qualified to do the required inspection and work myself without supervision.

I have just finished a full siding and roof job with Superior roofing over a total nine weeks span which suppose to be a two weeks project.

The quality of the work is mediocre,the communication with the owner is terrible( he never return phone call unless he needs something)and you never know if they would show up to work the next day or not.

The only good thing is he finally got the job done and I do not have to deal with the situation anymore assuming that I do not have some warranty issues with the project later.
