On 9/18/13, I contracted with MrRobert P***, owner of Superior Roofing & Sheet Metal, to repair my balconyOn 12/8/17, I informed him that water had leaked from the balcony into my bedroom belowMrP*** was also supposed to return in April to repair leaks on the balcony that was not properly repairedDespite my many calls and texts to MrP*** pleading that he honors his 5-year warranty, he ignored my pleas and his negligence resulted in more water damage to my houseIt was imperative that the damage be addressed as soon as possible because I have severe allergies to mold I engaged three companies to perform the work -- roofing, mold remediation, and build backIn September 2018, I filed a complaint with the Small Claims Court of the District of Columbia, and MrP*** has not be responsive to the court's notices
