I would like to share my experience staying at *** *** * *** *** *** *** ***k, NY
RM * *** The bed was listed on line as two Queen size and I had a choice to pick on king size with sofa bed or two queen We were three of us so I pick two queen as listed on the web site
However, when we arrived almost PM the room had two FULL SIZE beds and three was no way for three of us can sleep We put both beds together and mange to sleep
Next morning I complain to front desk and lady at the front desk LAUGH when I told her the bed size listed as Queen but they are FULL SIZE She told me there is nothing she can do, I booked the hotel for nightsshe offered another room but that was double the charges I paid
There was no hotel available in the area and we were stuck for nights on two FULL SIZE Beds

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because it clearly states that my card will not be charged and that it will only be used to make a reservation I had no money on the card when I booked it cause I was planning to pay cash Also my card was charged on 12/**/when it distinctly said no charge would be made and then there was charges $THEN $ This is advertisement You state my reservation was made through *** but I also made another reservation through *** and my card declined because it wasn't a valid card at the time I booked the reservation So saying I made the reservation through *** is no excuse the reservation wasn't valid to begin withI just want my money back!!!!

Guest was and is still being charged for a reservation she booked and guaranteed for arrival on Dec. **, 2015. That room was held for her and she did not use nor did she even try to cancel so that the room could have been sold to someone else.
We have also paid [redacted] the commission for this reservation. She is more than welcome to contact [redacted] to dispute. Hotel policy is clearly stated on the [redacted] website regarding cancellation and No Show charges.

Review: On 12/**/15 I was looking for a hotel room for new years eve and I made some reservations online. I was asked to put in my credit card information but my card won't be charged it's only to make the reservation. I made a couple of reservations with my card cause it says my card won't be charged and that you pay when you stay and it ask my method of payment and I put cash. I the card I used had $2 on it when I made the reservation so the other hotel tried to run my cardso it declined. I wasn't using the card to pay and they shouldn't have charged my card. I didn't go because the other hotel declined my so I thought it was all the same because I did it card and I did through [redacted]. Again it stayed my card won't be charged. The whole reservation should have been voided cause the card didn't have enough money to book a room.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges put back to my card and a complimentary night stay. I was terribly inconvenienced and I live off a disability check I can't afford to give over $200 away. Please see if something can be worked out.

[redacted] made her reservation online thru [redacted]. Her credit card was given to guarantee the reservation for late arrival. It clearly states the cancellation policy on the reservation. "If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged." "If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. This room was held all night for [redacted] due to the credit card guarantee. Because it was New Years Eve and the hotel was sold out due to guaranteed reservations, we had to turn business away. If she wasn't going to use the room she should have cancelled the reservation and we could have sold it to someone who needed it. She is responsible for the No Show Charge.

You state my reservation was made through [redacted] but I also made another reservation through [redacted] and my card declined because it wasn't a valid card at the time I booked the reservation. So saying I made the reservation through [redacted] is no excuse the reservation wasn't valid to begin with. I just want my money back!!!!
