Needed to have an old steel storm sewer pipe replaced from the back of the house to all the way to the street, ouch I chose Superior because I've used them for other small things, new faucet/toilet, fridge water line, leaky valve On the big day, they showed up on time and finished on time I have a tremendous amount of respect for the pride in workmanship exampled by the care taken when it came to my lawn/grassThank you, Superior!

While I appreciate the gesture made in refunding the initial $to my account for the initial work, this response and offer fails to take ANY responsibility for the diagnosis and recommendations made by superior plumbing that ended in unnecessary work being done at my home and the damage that ensued In fact by refunding the initial charge Mr*** is admitting that his plumber failed to properly diagnose the original problem A problem that if he would have fixed initially would make all of this unnecessary On the invoice that was written out by "***" it clearly reads that the sewer trap is broken and needs replacement Mr*** states that they double check before they dig By his logic he does not have confidence in his plumbers to properly diagnose common household plumbing problems At a Minimum I feel Superior plumbing is responsible for the cost of excavation and repair of my lawn, this is approximation $ I have attached the invoice and a photo of my front lawn for review by the Revdex.com

Hello , Im famiar with Mr*** complaint, I feel terable about the whole situation, I have no problem refunding what he paid Superior plumbing in which the moneys were refunded on 5-7-back to his credit card $However at Superior plumbing we second opinion the jobs before we
dig them weather it be a plumber at superior plumbing or if a nother companys plumber told a customer it need to be dug to be repairedSo if he would have contacted Supiorior to do repairs even if it was our plumber or his plumber told him it needs to be repaired its doughtful it would have been repaired unless nessary

Superior plumbing has failed to even offer an apology or take responsibility for their negligence in this matter.  I reject all offer from them until this takes place.

Hello ,      This I just found out out the matter when I was out of town last week ,we did the work over 4 months ago, if there were issues most call within a week or two. However im planing to install a bubbler system for the sump pump and do the final landscaping if it will make the...

tenant / relative/Nicole and owner Paul happy. even though it states on invoice that we dont do final landscaping or there is any mention of sump pump discharge line or bubbler on contract. The sewer was leaking into the sump pit once we put in new sewer it usually takes care of smell.again this is first time I found out there was still issues we plan to look at it when there doing other work.           Thank you              Dean [redacted]
