In the spring of 2014, I called Superior around 7pm on a Friday night due to burst water lines in our cabin from last winter's freezing. I was very happy to get a real person instead of an answering machine since it was after business hours. The woman who answered was very polite and able to schedule someone to come out the next morning. [redacted] arrived around 8am (on-time) and was able to fix the broken lines within a couple of hours. This was not an easy job as the lines are only accessible via the crawlspace. Not only did [redacted] do a great job, but he was very personable and explained everything that was involved in making the repairs.
