We have made every effort to accommodate Ms. [redacted]'s request. Below is a copy of email correspondence I initiated within my company that was in response to a personal letter we received (prior to the notification of the consumer filing the Revdex.com complaint) and we made every attempt to address the concerns then. I removed all names and edited the address for privacy reasons. When we received the letter, there was no name to go by, only an address. As you can see, my colleague confirmed that we were able to locate the data, it was removed (both address and name)as of August 1, 2016.
