I went into the salon on Sept? to have a cut, color and style I was attended to by a young lady named Janelle Janelle took little time to attend to my colt; she then proceeded to cut my hairIn the process, Janelle sprayed [redacted] wax hairspray [redacted] in my hair Janelle continued to cut my hair( which was long past my shoulders The cut was so bad [redacted] It was different lengths on each side of my head After cutting, she blow dryer my hair; then used a flat iron to straighten the look Because Janelle used [redacted] wax spray [redacted] in my hair, when she used the flat I iron, my hair scorched very badly! Now after all is said and done, I paid $dollars for the style, plus I gave her a $dollar tip The very next day, I called the salon and explained my unhappiness I was asked to return to the salon, which I graciously did so!! Janelle then attempted to fix the mistakes, and AGAIN used [redacted] wax spray'And again she used the flat iron,

I brought my car in for accident repairsThey did a good job for the most partHad to take it back get a few things addressedThey fixed almost everything except my car stereo problemMy stereo was working before I brought it in and wasn't afterwardsThey told me that they didn't touch my stereo and it was my problem nowTook it in to a car audio specialist too find out they disconnected wires and forgot to connect them againOnly cost me a hundred bucks to find out they didn't even take the time to look at itIf they only took the 15mins to investigate the problem I would of filed a complaint
