In regards to the recent complaint that [redacted] filed against the Superior Outdoor Designs...Superior Outdoor Designs was hired to remove a failing patio cover and build a cedar shade arbor at the [redacted] residenceWe (Superior Outdoor Designs) have completed our portion of the work, walked it with the customer, verified that it met their standards, and received payment If you read the contract under "Description of work rendered by Customer" on the attached Retail sales agreementit states "Hire stain - Superior to facilitate payment." Stating that it is the customers responsibility to hire the stain companySuperior has completed their portion of the work and is more than happy to pay for the stain at the [redacted] ResidenceAs a courtesy to the customer we recommended and referred a professional stain company for them to useI learned today after speaking with Mr [redacted] that the stain company had no yet reached out to themI tried to be apologetic and explain the potential reason why and would have like to explain how I would have resolved this for him however Mr [redacted] would not let me speak and hung up on meHe then proceeded to file this complaint, thus bringing us here to this point.After being hung up on I again reached out to the stain company and they assured me they would be in contact with Mr [redacted] soon.I pride myself with having integrity and would love to resolve this I would never want one of my customers to feel like we are not taking care of them the correct way especially when it is not even work that is being completed by Superior.Sincerely, [redacted] , Owner/CEO
