As a person who has moved many times, it's a nice change to have something nice to say about a moving companySuperior Moving has restored my faithThe office staff was always willing to answer any and all of my questions and when the movers arrived, they were on time and very helpfulThe quote I received was exactly what I paid not a penny moreI must say this was a great moving experience and I will recommend them to all of my family and friends [redacted]

Hello, The statements given in this complaint by [redacted] are completely falseWe complied with all aspects of our agreementWe picked up on date and time, delivered on date scheduled, and protected all items as we always do.Our Movers unload trucks of used household good and placed them in the room and wall as shippers both inspected every item carefully before we can set them down, we assembled furniture we did not disassemble and moved items already in home for there convenience.After Move was completed [redacted] signed the documents stating that the shipment was checked and it was goodWe have tried multiple times to reach out to them in order to determine what they feel was damaged with no responseTo comply we have sent over a claim form in order to determine what the [redacted] are Claiming was damaged, we have not received itIn order to proceed in accordance to the bill of landing/agreement we must receive the claim form back with in daysSo please mail it back and call me to go over any discrepancieswe can't help if you don't have a line of contact with usTo recap I have no received any information back from the [redacted] regarding this matter

Superior Moving and Storage has moved us for yearsThey've also held storage for us while we were in-between homesAs a luxury real estate agent, Superior Moving and Storage is always my safe "go-to" referral to my clients and I've never heard a complaintPrices are fairEveryone is niceWe truly love that we have a moving company we can trust

I employed this company in June I would not recommend themI wish that I had checked the Revdex.com website prior to retaining SuperiorSpecifically, I wish that I had been aware of the number of complaints that have previously been filed against Superior Several items of mine were damaged during the move and while they were in storage I sent two certified letters to Superior detailing my concerns and issues Superior had claimed that one of my items had pre-existing damage This was not true Superior did not generate a response to either of my letters that addressed my issues Superior "s marketing brochure has "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" prominently displayed on its front coverI consider this to be an egregious misstatement and misleading advertisement

Superior Moving helped us move twice in the past years and they did an awesome job!! They offered a great price and were easy to work withThey were also very helpful to accommodate the hours and most important took really good care of our furnitureI recommend to all our friends and family and I will use them againGreat company!!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: He has completely liedMy wife has the documents sent to my wife's computer stating they were to wrap everything, load everything properly and use the same loaders to unload, and protect the new location while unloading...they broke every line of their contract agreement, also we would never pay a company $*** plus dollars to move our valuable antiques or even our papers in a truck without proper packing and wrappingThat is a jokeIf we were going to do that , we would have left everything in CA and bought all newWe have documented over 1*** of damaged items and still counting since everything isnt unpackedI can say every single picture frame or portrait frame that went in the trucks all have damage some items are a tgotal lossWe are working with our back to help us in this matter we have sent ofver pages of damage, its really a sad and disappointing messStill waiting to find out who the insurance company is, they sent a blank claim form which is usless so we will keep working wioth the bank to get back some of our lossThey were suppose to wrap and pack everything, , it was packed so poorly that everything was heaped into a big pile in the middle of the truckThey were wrapping and packing , while I watched but , nothing else got wrapped it was all just thrown into the truck and when it arrived to location
My wife has been in tears over so many of her lost items, she wanted for our new houseIts a disaster!! this company should be out of business its heartbraking hiw people can be so careless!!Sincerely,*** ***

Let me start by saying that Mr*** *** is a good person and understood our points on the following, also that this complaint is summited by ***, since she will not take our calls, we hope she will read this and understands we did what we could with what she had as a shipment
With that said I would like to respond by writing that I believe that this complaint is unfair for the following reasons, at Superior Moving we always try to make our customers happy even when we know that things are not prepared or boxed properly for us to relocate themWhat happened on this case was simply that the items we picked up in storage were self stored and not inspected at storing pointWe provide packing service that in this case were not hired for, being told that all was packed and ready to go, but shipment needed it after we started loadingShipper explained that we had to load that day, for they had to get on the road as soon as possible.We used every blanket, box sheets, and lose boxes we could find in our truck inventory to try to make up for items not being boxed properly(for example pictures need to be in picture packs prior to us arriving to move them) we also used multiple rolls of plastic sheeting for protection on the entire shipment.To continue, when we finished the first storage unit we were under the impression that the second and 3rd units were just boxes, That was not the case because after walls of boxes we came across multiple walls of unboxed and loosely boxed household items including glass vases, lose plates, cups and multiple tools to say the leastThe same was for the 3rd unit we loaded, also making really hard to stack itemsI do not like to upset our customers so instead of arguing my case to them over and over I have sent the proper forms to be filled out and mailed back to us in order to see what she feels was damaged.

This company does nothing by lieI signed the papers stating that they were finished unloading and that was allI even added notes to the bottom of the paper stating all the damagehave him show you the paper I signedalso my wife was standing right there and asked what I needed to sign for and he stated it was only that they were finished unloadingHe was aware of lots of damagedHe also knew I signed to verify items were there nothing more
Make him show you the copy I signed with all the notes on it about damage....and then decide who is telling the truththis company has other reviews online just like mineThey also had terrible outcomes. Thanks *** ***
