Superior Motors

I went to superior motors to finance a used vehicle. I placed a down payment of $2,150 in cash to the finance manager I was dealing with. I now no longer want the vehicle due to high insurance payment and the inability to pay for the insurance. I told the finance manger, I’ve decided to no longer go through with getting the vehicle and would like a refund back. I was told I’m unable to receive a refund, my credit will get damaged for several years or more, and my credit will have a negative report stating I voluntarily repo the car. I only took a test drive of the vehicle and did not physically take the car to my home. The car is still in the possession of the seller.
