I called on Superior Mobile RV Repair Service because I was having issue with my AC The technician showed up and after mins said that we had to replace our inverter for $ Not knowing that much about the AC we agreed After researching the issue and talking with a RV mechanic with over years experience, it was apparent that the technician misdiagnosed the issueOur regular RV tech walked us through how to correct the issue in mins over the phoneOne of the breakers on our generator had switched off I immediately called the technician at Superior to cancel the parts He said that he already ordered part We said that we would be happy to pay the service charge, shipping and any restocking fee if any Now he is trying to gouge us and refuses to provide any back up and threating to take us to court
On Nov25th, we had Superior Mobile RV Service come to our location to fix the front stabilizer legs on our RVThe technician, stated that we would need to replace the entire engine, which he said would cost around $500.00)He insisted that we write him a personal check for a "deposit" on the part that he would special orderWhich we did, foolish usAfter he left, we contacted the dealership who instructed us on how to replace a fuse (a $fix) which solved the issueWe immediately called the technician, who had already cashed the $check and told him NOT to proceed with ordering the part, that we had fixed the problemWe were happy to pay for his service call ($150) but wanted the remaining $returned to usThe technician said he would put the check in the mail that dayToday is December 29th and we have not yet received a check, nor will the company return our calls, they also hang up on us when we callNot only were they incompetent in that they didn't even try to
*** - he refused to give me a last name - presumably the owner of Superior Mobile Repair, charged me $for repairs, which I paid in fullAfter several requests, he eventually emailed me a final invoice, but the invoice was different than the first invoice he gave me, it did not include the original $I paid him, and the amounts on the invoice don't add upI was overcharged $for LISTED services on the invoice (his math), but I found out after he left, that he didn't actually do the work he was supposed to doThe parts he claims to have replaced still have an old date and obviously were not replacedI have attempted to get a hold of him several times, over the past few months, but he refuses to call me back or take care of the bill, or the workSo, He overcharged me for what he said he was going to do, and his invoice has incorrect math and information; and, He didn't do the work he was supposed to doHe has an phone number, that I have been calling, whic
