Dear [redacted] , Thank you for coordinating the communication for us [redacted] is correct that she is a part of an association of now units She is claiming the damage happen this summer I know the damage has occurred over the many years that we have contracted with Wildwood Town homesThere could have been many other opportunities to report damage over the years The position of the AC unit is in a nearly impossible not to hit the bottom AC fins when trimming with a string trimmer There have been other interactions between her, the association, myself, and fellow board members that has made it difficult to work with her and for those reasons I have been ask to only report to the Association Board who is the entity that I contract with, not Michele The board has not asked me to correct the damage to the AC unit as it is minor and does not affect the AC unit The damage to the fins is less than 5% of all the fin square foot area I would see this as minor and again somewhat unavoidable because the unit sits right next to the edging where we need to trim I do believe we need to place a barrier of some kind between the turf and the AC unit so there is no further damage The Association is currently looking for a new management company because no one with in the company will work this account because of Michele’s many complaints In conclusion, I would like to make sure no further damage will be done The lawn crews also know to avoid making anything worse I live and work in the area and wish to make everyone happy but sometimes that just is not possible Truly, Eric [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The business response I received from Eric ***, Superior Lawn and Landscaping did not address my complaint. Eric is well aware of the new damages from mowing equipment, damage to the upper sides of the AC unit that happened only this season, not in previous years. This new and recent damage is in addition to trimmer damageIt is evident Eric felt it imperative to avoid all mention of damage from the riding mowers. AC units are homeowner responsibility and damages from vendor services are managed by the Property SupervisorIn addition, Eric’s statement on the reason for new management is false, defamatory and not relevant to damage Superior causedI respectfully request the Revdex.com continue to assist in communications, assist in reinforcing good business practices and assist in finding a solution to resolve this matter. It is unfortunate Eric did not address the damages or his repair obligations stated in my complaint; therefore the desired outcome and request for repairs remain unchangedThe association has experienced increasing problems and homeowners have complained about the decline in care and quality of the lawn services. The Board informed owners in May that Superior will repair and seed lawn damaged by Superior but this also has not been done Eric’s statement that he will take measures to prevent further damage noticeably does not address existing damages. As Superior has not repaired lawn damage the past few years; it is difficult to trust Eric’s sincerity in making customers happy. In addition, the Association does not have a copy of Superior’s Certificate of Insurance on file and Superior has not complied with requests from management to furnish this.Pictures attached
Dear [redacted], Thank you for coordinating the communication for us. [redacted] is correct that she is a part of an association of now 32 units. She is claiming the damage happen this summer. I know the damage has occurred over the many years that we have contracted with...
Wildwood Town homes. There could have been many other opportunities to report damage over the years. The position of the AC unit is in a nearly impossible not to hit the bottom AC fins when trimming with a string trimmer. There have been other interactions between her, the association, myself, and fellow board members that has made it difficult to work with her and for those reasons I have been ask to only report to the Association Board who is the entity that I contract with, not Michele. The board has not asked me to correct the damage to the AC unit as it is minor and does not affect the AC unit. The damage to the fins is less than 5% of all the fin square foot area. I would see this as minor and again somewhat unavoidable because the unit sits right next to the edging where we need to trim. I do believe we need to place a barrier of some kind between the turf and the AC unit so there is no further damage. The Association is currently looking for a new management company because no one with in the company will work this account because of Michele’s many complaints. In conclusion, I would like to make sure no further damage will be done. The lawn crews also know to avoid making anything worse. I live and work in the area and wish to make everyone happy but sometimes that just is not possible. Truly, Eric [redacted]
