Superior has been doing my lawn care for over years This year someone new started servicing my lawn My lawn we burned and the grass died in a fenced in are where my dogs have access at all times through a dog door I called and cancelled my service stating why and told them to refund my $balance for the remainder of the yearly contract I did receive a call from the local supervisor who after being sent pictures did nothing After a week with all the rain I had nothing but dead grass and mud My husband left a message for the owner of the company In response a different supervisor contacted me, came out to see and pretty much told me he didn't know what they could do for me After speaking with him for FIVE weeks he claimed they could double aerate and double seed the area but that they would have to keep my $balance to do so I told him that was not going to resolve my issue of having a yard full of dirt and mud for the last weeks, which I had to put several ba
