Good Morning All, In regards to complaint # [redacted] , we met yesterday (Thursday 7/14/16) with client [redacted] at property serviced [redacted] *** [redacted] ***We have come to the determination that some additional soil as well as seed and straw need to be added to a patch of grass that didn't grow in as well as the other areas didWe mutually agreed that this is not the best time of year to grow grass and have scheduled the work to be completed early-mid SeptemberWe also informed the client that we are guaranteeing that the grass grows in that area as wellThis was the resolution that was agreed upon by both parties We are confident that this issue will be worked out and that [redacted] will be completely satisfied with the work we completed If anyone has any questions on this case, please feel free to let me know Best Regards, [redacted] President Superior Lawn Care [redacted] Fax- [redacted]

In regards to complaint #[redacted], we met yesterday (Thursday 7/14/16) with client [redacted] at property serviced [redacted]...

[redacted]. We have come to the determination that some additional soil as well as seed and straw need to be added to a patch of grass that didn't grow in as well as the other areas did.
