Review: After various attempts trying to communicate with [redacted] owner of Superior Improvements via phone ([redacted]) and cell phone ([redacted]), certified mail, and building inpectors from the towns of [redacted], and [redacted] to not avail.History; Superior Improvements with address of [redacted] owned by [redacted] was contracted to replace our roof and when the job was completed [redacted] was paid in full. Nevertheless, the roof still continues with leaks. I was advice by my household insurance to contact Superior Improvements owned by [redacted] and seek an amicable solution to the situation. The insurance representative inspected the interior damages to the house and stated that the water damages are the result of a series of poor craftmanship errors around the roof of the house. Repairs to the roof are necessary and need to be taken care of before repairs to the interior of the house are done in order to avoid future damages. Solution: I am request help to locate [redacted] owner of Superior Improvements to come and inspect damages and take appropiate measurements of repairs before I proceed with legal actions.
