Mr [redacted] who has his own used car business made it clear to us when he left our facility that he was going to blast us on social mediaWe take exception to his handling of the situation and are pleased to not do business with him in the future He purchased the part on 2/19/and attempted to return this electronic part over months laterThe invoice for the transaction which is attached clearly states that electronic parts are not returnableThis is a common condition of sale with electronic parts since it is difficult to verify the functionality of electronic parts upon return once the packaging has been breached

Please note the response provided the business is inaccurate; however, two days ago the new Parts Department Manager refunded the amount in dispute, @ $Based on this refund I consider my complaint resolved but find the business' response to be incorrect

Upon receipt of this complaint, we contacted the customer and resolved the matter.

Our GM has reached out to the Customer via phone and email to address this issue. If as of this response a connection has not been made, she can contact Jim [redacted] at 513-[redacted]
