On time, but damaged windows and insulting. After agreeing on a price, two guys came to clean our windows. The windows are clean. However, two of the windows were damaged by the technique of opening the windows inward and cleaning which we watched them do. There was a gap in one of the windows large enough for a bee to fly through. We complained. The Manager, Boris, came by to review. He denied that his guys actually opened the windows inward. Since we watched them, he later acknowledged that they in fact did use this damaging technique to clean the windows (he changed his story). He insulted me by saying that I "wasn't smart." These guys will clean nicely but cause permanent damage in the process. Then, they come back and aggressively insult the homeowner in a way that is threatening and unnecessary. The positive reviews are posted by friends of theirs. This is an honest review by a genuine client.
